Corporate governance

The Directors recognise the importance of sound corporate governance and are committed to complying with the principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code (the ‘Code’). The Code permits listed companies some degree of flexibility and the ability to apply governance principles other than in strict accordance with the Code, for example to take account of differences in size and complexity between different entities.
